Holiday Gifts and Treats

Hot Chocolate Kit

A bag of our special hot chocolate blend – just add milk. Two kinds of homemade marshmallows, and ¼ pound each of chocolate chip drops and gingerbread stars. Just add a fireplace. $22

Tea Cookies

Our tea cookies make great gifts, with up to a dozen varieties to tempt with.

French Macarons

We offer a daily assortment of delicious flavors at $1.25 each. We can box them up.

Hand-decorated gingerbread and sugar cookies in a variety of festive shapes – cardinals, snowflakes, polar bears, and mittens to name just a few. Cookies start at $2.00 each.

Looking for something to bring to that holiday party? Our holiday cookie trays offer a wonderful variety of our homemade cookies and brownies in small, individual pieces. Let us customize one for you!

Our super-moist chocolate cake layered with white chocolate mousse and frosted with a light white chocolate buttercream, decorated with holiday touches.

"Yumpy" Cake – The Mint Version

Our classic "yumpy" cake, this time with peppermint buttercream filling.

Lemon Tart

A customer favorite! Crisp shortbread crust filled with a light lemon cream and laced with white chocolate. An 8-inch tart serves 8. $16.00

Sticky Toffee Pudding

An 8-inch cake, made moist with chopped dates, glazed with homemade caramel. Serve warm with whipped cream for a super dessert. Serves 6-8. $20

Company Coffee Cake

Great for morning company or to bring to a get-together. A super-moist double-ginger coffee cake with just the right amount of sweetness and zing.

So you're headed out to the in-laws in Kalamazoo for Thanksgiving this year, and Aunt Doris put you in charge of dessert. Make an impression the easy way by bringing along something from Pinwheel Bakery. We have pies (pumpkin, pecan, apple), tarts (maple pumpkin, lemon), popovers, cakes, cookies, and more just for the occasion. You can view or download our complete Fall menu here.

PLEASE NOTE: All Thanksgiving orders must be made by Monday, November 22rd at 3pm. We will be open as usual on Wednesday, November 24, 8am - 6pm for order pick-up. Don't wait til the last minute, get your order in early!

Thursday Nov 18th 5:30pm - 9pm

Pinwheel Bakery will be hosting a Rouge Salon pop-up Beauty Bar as part of this evening-long event. It starts at Elegance by Design at 5:30pm, where participants will receive an 'Elegance' shopping bag with a list of all participating Ferndale merchants on the bag. Each merchant will be offering a mini-gift of some kind (we'll be giving away mini-cupcakes), and participants can enroll in a raffle at each location, with drawings occurring at Rosie O'Grady's at 9:15pm. We'll be open until 9pm that night for this event and as part of Ferndale Third Thursdays. Up-to-date info on the event can be found at girlavanting.blogspot.com.
